Reporting to Parents

Parents will receive an annual report at the end of the spring term which will give a detailed update on their child’s progress and more importantly next steps. They will also receive an attainment and progress card detailing their child’s data and targets at the end of the autumn and summer terms. Parents will also be invited to attend two parents evenings throughout the year.

In EYFS (nursery and reception), the use of Tapestry will help teachers and practitioners capture children’s learning and experiences, monitor their development and share this online with parents. This permanent record of information is then available for parents, new settings or the next class teacher in order to provide an holistic view of the child’s skills, experiences and development.
